Clear requirements reduce clarification loops and help the team identify the right sourcing and delivery route.

What information makes a quotation easier to prepare?

Include the item or service description, quantity, preferred brand or approved equivalent, required delivery location and target date. Drawings, data sheets, photographs and existing part numbers can also help us identify the correct requirement.

Can OreSource source items outside Ghana?

Yes. OreSource supports local and international sourcing. The recommended route depends on product availability, specification, lead time, freight requirements and any applicable import considerations.

Can procurement and delivery be coordinated together?

Yes. Where appropriate, we can coordinate sourcing with transport and delivery planning so the requirement follows one clear operational route. Share access restrictions, handling needs and site requirements in the RFQ.

Can I request an approved equivalent instead of a named brand?

Yes. State whether equivalents are acceptable and identify any performance, compatibility, certification or warranty requirements that must not change. We will use those constraints when reviewing alternatives.

What happens after I submit the RFQ?

The request is reviewed for scope and completeness. If information is missing, the team may contact you for clarification before confirming the appropriate sourcing or logistics route.
